新疆油田成功完成国内首口应用于水平井膨胀管千米重构作业施工

中(zhong)新(xin)(xin)网新(xin)(xin)疆新(xin)(xin)闻3月13日电(张兆耕 于会永 张莉伟)3月6日,新(xin)(xin)疆油田在(zai)玛湖油田玛18井(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)区MaHW6274井(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)成功完成水平(ping)(ping)井(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)膨胀(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)管(guan)千(qian)米重(zhong)(zhong)构(gou)作业,各(ge)项参数(shu)达到设计指标。此次重(zhong)(zhong)构(gou)施(shi)工不仅刷(shua)新(xin)(xin)了(le)(le)国(guo)内(nei)(nei)水平(ping)(ping)段(duan)膨胀(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)管(guan)重(zhong)(zhong)构(gou)作业长度记录(lu),同时也开创了(le)(le)国(guo)内(nei)(nei)膨胀(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)管(guan)井(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)筒(tong)重(zhong)(zhong)构(gou)重(zhong)(zhong)复压裂(lie)工艺(yi)技(ji)(ji)术应(ying)用先河(he),成功实现了(le)(le)国(guo)内(nei)(nei)首口应(ying)用于水平(ping)(ping)井(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)重(zhong)(zhong)复压裂(lie)的膨胀(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)管(guan)井(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)筒(tong)重(zhong)(zhong)构(gou),标志着(zhe)我国(guo)在(zai)非常规油藏(zang)水平(ping)(ping)井(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)膨胀(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)管(guan)井(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)筒(tong)重(zhong)(zhong)构(gou)工艺(yi)技(ji)(ji)术领域(yu)取得(de)了(le)(le)新(xin)(xin)突破(po)。


  MaHW6274井是新疆油(you)田部署在玛18井区(qu)的一口水平(ping)(ping)开发(fa)井,该井于2020年采(cai)用大段(duan)多簇压(ya)裂(lie)(lie)工艺投产,初次(ci)压(ya)裂(lie)(lie)7段(duan)38簇,受砾岩强非均质(zhi)性(xing)、段(duan)内(nei)多簇压(ya)裂(lie)(lie)等地质(zhi)工程因素影(ying)响(xiang),剖面动用均衡性(xing)差(cha),水平(ping)(ping)井体积(ji)压(ya)裂(lie)(lie)开发(fa)后产量递减快、一次(ci)采(cai)出程度低,投产后一年期累(lei)产油(you)仅4500吨。该井为(wei)5寸套管(guan)(guan)固井完井水平(ping)(ping)井,完钻水平(ping)(ping)段(duan)长(zhang)(zhang)1100米,甜点钻遇率92.05%,控(kong)制储(chu)量11.96万吨。此次(ci)实施膨胀(zhang)管(guan)(guan)井筒重构重复压(ya)裂(lie)(lie)作业成功实施,填补了国内(nei)水平(ping)(ping)井膨胀(zhang)管(guan)(guan)长(zhang)(zhang)段(duan)井筒重构技(ji)术(shu)空白。


  据了解,为探索攻(gong)(gong)关(guan)(guan)玛湖砾岩(yan)低产(chan)水(shui)平井(jing)提产(chan)关(guan)(guan)键工(gong)程技术,新疆(jiang)油田(tian)高度(du)重(zhong)视“卡脖子(zi)”技术攻(gong)(gong)关(guan)(guan),在2022年批准了工(gong)程技术研究院(监理公司)申(shen)报的公司钻采(cai)工(gong)程现场(chang)试验项目《水(shui)平井(jing)井(jing)筒重(zhong)构重(zhong)复(fu)压(ya)裂技术攻(gong)(gong)关(guan)(guan)》,正(zheng)式拉(la)开了井(jing)筒重(zhong)构重(zhong)复(fu)压(ya)裂试验的序幕。


  针(zhen)对MaHW6274水平(ping)井(jing)(jing)体(ti)积压(ya)裂(lie)开发后(hou)(hou)产(chan)量递(di)减快、一(yi)次采出程(cheng)度低的(de)情况,工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)技术研究院(监理公(gong)司(si))项(xiang)目团队成员基于玛湖(hu)5寸小套管(guan)(guan)实(shi)(shi)际(ji),深入开展国外培训学习(xi),广(guang)泛调研论证(zheng)不(bu)同(tong)重复压(ya)裂(lie)工(gong)(gong)艺技术优势(shi)及适应性,最(zui)终确定(ding)采用膨胀管(guan)(guan)作为(wei)井(jing)(jing)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)重构(gou)方(fang)式,开启了国内尚无(wu)前例(li)的(de)水平(ping)井(jing)(jing)膨胀管(guan)(guan)井(jing)(jing)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)重构(gou)重复压(ya)裂(lie)新(xin)工(gong)(gong)艺试验(yan)。项(xiang)目启动以来,先后(hou)(hou)历经重构(gou)方(fang)案设计论证(zheng)、膨胀管(guan)(guan)室内实(shi)(shi)验(yan)检测(ce)评价、连续(xu)油管(guan)(guan)井(jing)(jing)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)准备、井(jing)(jing)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)条(tiao)件测(ce)井(jing)(jing)分析评价、膨胀管(guan)(guan)模拟通井(jing)(jing)试验(yan)评价等充分准备工(gong)(gong)作,为(wei)重构(gou)作业的(de)成功奠定(ding)了坚(jian)实(shi)(shi)的(de)基础。


  在本次膨(peng)(peng)胀管(guan)井筒(tong)(tong)(tong)重(zhong)构施工(gong)作业中(zhong),累计(ji)入井膨(peng)(peng)胀管(guan)116根1071.64米(膨(peng)(peng)胀前)、硫化密(mi)封(feng)橡胶(jiao)环232组,实现(xian)了初次压(ya)裂38个射孔簇高效密(mi)封(feng),重(zhong)构后井筒(tong)(tong)(tong)内径(jing)85毫米,抗内压(ya)75兆(zhao)帕以上,为后续(xu)精准重(zhong)复压(ya)裂创造了良好的井筒(tong)(tong)(tong)条件(jian)。


  下一步,新(xin)疆(jiang)油(you)田科研人员将持(chi)续做好该井重复(fu)压裂方案设计(ji)及压裂施(shi)工准备工作,力争为(wei)(wei)油(you)田非常规(gui)油(you)藏(zang)低(di)产(chan)水平井提产(chan)提效提供重要经验,为(wei)(wei)新(xin)疆(jiang)油(you)田早日建(jian)成世界一流两千(qian)万(wan)吨综合性能源公司贡献(xian)工程智慧(hui)与力量。
